Read Who Is Mrs. Jenkins? before it’s out
I’m looking for 50 readers, bookstagrammers, booktokers and reviewers to receive a free advance ebook of my gothic psychological thriller, weeks before it reaches Amazon on 25 December 2026.
What you get, and what I ask
What you get
- A free advance copy of the ebook, delivered in early December, readable on Kindle, any e-reader, phone or tablet.
- A place on the team before anyone else, with launch news and behind-the-scenes notes from me.
- Shareable images of the cover and quotes, if you post about the book.
- Early access to future advance copies, including the Audible audiobook when it arrives.
Conditions to take part
- Be 18 or over and comfortable with dark themes: trauma, psychiatric treatment and references to child trafficking.
- Read in English and plan to finish the book by early January 2027.
- Keep your copy private. Your file is personal and watermarked. Please don’t share, upload or forward it.
- No spoilers before 25 December, and mark any spoilers clearly afterwards.
- Be transparent. If you post a review anywhere, mention that you received a free advance copy.
- Not a close friend or relative of mine. Amazon may remove reviews from people with a personal connection to the author.

Early Readers FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. The advance ebook is free and there is nothing to pay at any point.
Do I have to write a review?
No. A review is never a condition. If you choose to write one, it should be your honest opinion, and I’d ask you to mention that you received a free advance copy.
When can I post on Amazon?
Amazon only accepts reviews once the book is published, so from 25 December 2026. You can post on Goodreads, StoryGraph and social media earlier, as long as you avoid spoilers.
How will I receive the book?
By email, with a private download link. You can send it to your Kindle, open it in an e-reader app or read it as a PDF.
What if I’m not selected?
I’ll let you know, and you’ll still get the free opening pages and the launch-day link. Some readers will be invited to future teams.
Is there a paperback advance copy?
Not for this team. Advance copies are ebooks only.
